Dr. Raj Nihalani
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Raj Nihalani is a physician by training with 15 years of experience in the medical device industry. He began his career as a regulatory, technology assessment and clinical trial consultant for medical device companies like Guidant and B Braun, and held senior positions at Medtronic. He has also worked successfully with start-up organizations including Endologix (ELGX) acquired by Radiance Med Systems, Acufocus (acquired by B&L), Alvivo Vascular, and Rox Medical.
Dr. Nihalani has also helped VCs and Angel Investors assess regulatory risks associated with life science technology companies and strategies to attract venture funding. Dr. Nihalani is a member of several regulatory and clinical organizations, certified by the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society and is a founding charter member of TiE Orange County, California and SEVEN (Scientific Entrepreneur & Venture Capital Network).

Glenn has worked and consulted for several startup companies in the medical device industry. He was the VP of Global Sales & Marketing for BodyTel Scientific, from 2007-2009 and in. 2011, he co-founded Spinofix Inc. From 1991-2007 he was a Senior Executive with the largest Sugar Cooperative in the United States, heading their global sales, marketing, and strategic planning force to major international accounts, primarily to the Far East and European countries. In addition, he managed all supply chain activities and customer service. He has a degree in business from the British Columbia Institution of Technology (BCIT).

Alina has over 16 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. She began her career as Regulatory Specialist for several Principal Investigators. Later, she transitioned to medical devices, working for companies like AcuFocus, Inc. and Revision Optics. She has a strong background in investigational review board submissions, data management, quality control, and site management. Over the years, she has completed several ACRP courses in Monitoring and Clinical and Regulatory. Alina has a degree in Accounting and Business Management.

Lila has been with Onciomed since 2009. She previously worked in the corporate environment for 15 years in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas. Lila began her career in public accounting firms as the auditor and cost & finance consultant with multi-industries and client bases. Later, she joined a public traded electronic consumer product company and worked as the Director of Finance & Business Operations, managing logistic and finance with SAP/ERP systems, transfer pricing, accounting, customer credit, and cost and profit analysis. Mrs. Cheng has a degree in business from National Sun Yen-San University, Taiwan; A Masters in Accounting & Finance from Cleveland, Ohio. She is a Certified Public Accountant practicing in California.
